Getting started with Denticore

What you need before you begin

Launching in Lebanon. Start with the requirements below, then follow the five setup steps.

View current subscription prices

Clinical work requires an available desktop release for your clinic computer.

Checking available desktop releases…

Supported computer

Choose one of the currently available desktop releases listed above and check its operating system requirements before payment. Internet is required for setup. Patient and clinical records are accessed through the authorized desktop app.

Email and authenticator

Keep access to the owner email and an authenticator app. Owner account security includes two-step verification and account recovery codes.

Clinic details

Prepare the clinic name, country, timezone, and currency used for patient records. The record currency is separate from the subscription currency.

Secure recovery storage

You will save and reopen a clinic recovery kit with a separate passphrase. Keep a recoverable copy outside this computer. Account recovery codes and the clinic kit serve different purposes.

Create your clinic
1

Create your clinic owner account

Verify your email and review the current terms and privacy notice.

  • Enter clinic details and choose a unique account password.
  • An owner account manages the clinic; add a clinical provider profile separately if you also treat patients.
Good to know:An account alone does not activate the subscription or authorize clinical work.
2

Choose a subscription and complete checkout

Review the current price, currency, three-day trial, and renewal terms.

  • Payment details are required. Prices exclude tax; review the total at checkout.
  • Activation depends on confirmed subscription status. If confirmation is delayed, resume the saved flow rather than paying again.
Good to know:Owners can cancel or change billing interval through Website → Subscription or Desktop → Administration → Subscription → Manage billing securely. Complete cancellation before the trial ends to avoid the first paid period, then refresh billing to confirm the scheduled end date. Contact support if you need help; an email request is not confirmation of cancellation.
3

Secure the owner account

Enroll your authenticator and save the account recovery codes.

  • Keep recovery codes somewhere you can access if your authenticator is lost.
  • A password reset does not restore the authenticator or recover clinic encryption keys.
Good to know:Your sign-in password, account recovery codes, and clinic recovery kit are separate.
4

Install and authorize the desktop

Use the supported installer provided in your clinic setup checklist.

  • Sign in with the owner account, register the workstation, and complete device authorization.
  • For an existing clinic, an authorized administrator may need to approve the device and provision its keys.
Good to know:Clinical records open only on authorized desktops with usable clinic keys.
5

Verify recovery and prepare the first appointment

Save and reopen the recovery kit, then configure the clinic workspace.

  • Store the recovery file and its passphrase securely outside the enrolled workstation.
  • Add providers and operatories, configure working hours, and review procedure fees before booking and billing.
Good to know:The kit restores keys; it does not contain a backup of patient records or attachments.

Using Denticore safely

Where does the clinical work happen?

Patient and clinical work happens in Denticore Desktop on an authorized Windows workstation. The website handles clinic administration. It does not provide browser access to patient charts.

What can I do when the internet is unavailable?

An enrolled desktop with valid cached access and clinic keys can use locally available records and supported offline clinical workflows. Initial setup, team and device administration, subscription changes, and other online-only actions need a connection. Reconnect to synchronize queued changes and review any blocked or rejected items; some conflicts require action.

How does a clinic get started?

Verify your email, create the clinic, and complete subscription checkout. After activation, secure your owner account with an authenticator, enroll a desktop, and save and verify the clinic recovery kit. Then configure providers, rooms, and working hours.

Does the recovery kit back up my patient records?

No. The kit recovers clinic encryption keys and needs its separate passphrase. Keep both securely outside the workstation. Record and attachment backups are separate. Denticore cannot reconstruct missing keys if all usable devices and recovery material are lost.
