Why Denticore is different
Built around a simple, effective dental chart.
Denticore focuses on what matters chairside: an intuitive, clutter-free dental chart for adding treatments and managing surfaces on an authorized Windows desktop.

Customer-controlled encryption
Readable in your clinic.
Encrypted in the service.
- Authorized desktop
Readable where the clinic works
Authorized staff unlock the clinic key locally. Sensitive fields and attachments are encrypted before they leave the workstation.
- Denticore service
Encrypted while synchronized
The service stores encrypted envelopes, wrapped keys, and only the operational fields required to coordinate workflows.
- Clinic web admin
Deliberately non-clinical
The browser manages users, providers, operatories, settings, and devices—not patient charts or clinical records.
One subscription per clinic

Launching in Lebanon. Prices exclude tax. Review the total and trial end at secure checkout.
Payment details are required. Billing starts after the trial and renews automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid period. Payments after the trial are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Owners can cancel or change billing interval through Website → Subscription or Desktop → Administration → Subscription → Manage billing securely. Complete cancellation before the trial ends to avoid the first paid period, then refresh billing to confirm the scheduled end date. Contact support if you need help; an email request is not confirmation of cancellation.

Questions, answered plainly
Know what Denticore is—and what it is not.
Where does the clinical work happen?
Patient and clinical work happens in Denticore Desktop on an authorized Windows workstation. The website handles clinic administration. It does not provide browser access to patient charts.
What can I do when the internet is unavailable?
An enrolled desktop with valid cached access and clinic keys can use locally available records and supported offline clinical workflows. Initial setup, team and device administration, subscription changes, and other online-only actions need a connection. Reconnect to synchronize queued changes and review any blocked or rejected items; some conflicts require action.
How does a clinic get started?
Verify your email, create the clinic, and complete subscription checkout. After activation, secure your owner account with an authenticator, enroll a desktop, and save and verify the clinic recovery kit. Then configure providers, rooms, and working hours.
Does the recovery kit back up my patient records?
No. The kit recovers clinic encryption keys and needs its separate passphrase. Keep both securely outside the workstation. Record and attachment backups are separate. Denticore cannot reconstruct missing keys if all usable devices and recovery material are lost.
